Kathryn Bennett is a non-binary competitive strongman athlete, world-record holder, and mental toughness expert.

Kathryn has been featured in numerous publications, has delivered a TEDx talk, written a book about her experience, and is the winner of several strongman competitions.

Kathryn is a passionate, open communicator who will happily talk about her experience with addiction, PTSD, and domestic violence, what it's like to be queer, building community, and being successful while being mentally ill.
