About Lucinda Sykes

Lucinda Sykes is an experienced and knowledgeable Canadian doctor who is now retired and devoted to sleep coaching for women 50+.

Lucinda has a background in teaching medical programs of mindfulness for over 20 years and has also directed Meditation for Health in Toronto since 1997.

Her mission is to alert women 50+ to the risks of not getting enough sleep and dependence on sleeping pills, and to show them how they can sleep better naturally, without pills.
