Paul Crick is an experienced marketeer, student of Aikido, and people builder with over 20 years of experience in management consulting, coaching, education, facilitation, and training.

He has worked with private, public, and voluntary organisations alike, including PriceWaterhouseCoopers, CapGemini and IBM, and he is the founder of his own management consultancy, The Elevate Partnership.

Through The Elevate Partnership, Paul seeks to create a better culture of leadership, taking an inside-out approach to leader development, leadership development, and culture shift through a potent mix of coaching modalities and best in class technology and tools.

He also donates a proportion of profits to fund leadership work that helps young men who are temporarily overwhelmed by life to pause, move back into balance, and re-engage with their life on their own terms.

In addition to his professional experience, Paul is also a native English speaker and has a passion for documentary film.
