Alicia started her career in natural health as a nutritionist and herbalist, but quickly saw that many women were doing “all the right things” while still feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and stuck. This led her to study psychology, behavior patterns, and the mind–body connection, which now form the backbone of her coaching.
Today she teaches women how to start their day in alignment, build emotional steadiness, trust their intuition, and stop making decisions from stress or survival mode. Her approach is grounded, practical, and accessible, designed for women who want real change without losing their spiritual connection.
Alicia runs Wild Moon Sacred Cycles, teaches online programs, facilitates women’s circles, and supports women in creating lives that feel intentional, powerful, and self-led.
