I started out in natural health as a nutritionist and herbalist. What I noticed pretty quickly was that a lot of women were doing everything they were “supposed” to do and still felt overwhelmed, disconnected, and stuck. That’s what pushed me to study psychology, behavior patterns, emotional regulation, and decision-making. I wanted to understand why things weren’t working and what actually helps people change in real life.

Today, I help women slow things down, get grounded, and stop making decisions from stress or survival mode. We focus on simple daily practices, intuition, and practical tools that help life feel steadier instead of chaotic. This work is honest, grounded, and meant to be used day to day, not just thought about.

I run Wild Moon Sacred Cycles, teach online programs, facilitate women’s circles, and work one on one with women who are tired of feeling off track and want their life to actually work.

My hero stories...
I’ve lived what I teach. I was hit by a car at twenty two. I married young in a Christian family and left an abusive marriage by twenty. At thirty five, I went through an eight-week panic attack that completely dismantled my life and forced me to rebuild from the ground up.

Because of that, my work isn’t theory. It’s lived experience. Everything I teach is something I’ve had to learn, practice, and rely on myself.
