I support women in reclaiming their emotional sovereignty and stepping into their authentic feminine influence. Many of the women I work with are deeply empathetic and intuitive, yet find themselves navigating patterns of overgiving, self-doubt, or blurred boundaries.

Through a grounded and compassionate approach, I guide them in transforming emotional overwhelm into clarity, strengthening their sense of self, and cultivating boundaries that honor their values, identity, and purpose.

My work centers on helping women come back into alignment with who they are truly are --- so they can lead their lives, relationships, and work with confidence, imtegrity, and inner peace.
