She earned a master’s degree in Computer Based Education from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
While in SLO she worked as Marketing Director for the SLO Museum of Art and taught creative writing at Cuesta College.

She served as Chief Technology Officer for the Writers and Publishers Network for over ten years.
Her debut novel, Whiskey and Old Stogies, will launch on National Moonshine Day, June 3, 2021.
