I use the phrase "pretty much using my brain as a rented room expecting someone to fill it with furniture".

I have had over 80 people on my own podcast where I try and steal other people's knowledge to learn more about life. I am also fascinated in learning about how others think in literally every situation. (I genuinely asked an Olympian what he thinks about before sleeping).

Aside from the wordy self-help stuff, I'm really into sports. Even though I'm Irish, I love American Football, Basketball and the other Football (Soccer).
