Earlier in my career, I worked closely with large, complex organizations, including time spent around global consulting and professional services environments like Deloitte and Accenture. That experience gave me a front-row seat to how talent, process, and execution work at scale, and where they often break down.

I later moved into the staffing and talent space, where I helped build and lead an award-winning staffing firm. That period shaped how I think about hiring beyond resumes, focusing instead on fit, retention, and long-term performance.

Eventually, I founded Kore BPO after seeing the same problems repeat themselves over and over. Companies wanted better talent and more leverage, but offshore and remote hiring was often messy, risky, or poorly managed. The gap wasn’t talent. It was ownership, structure, and follow-through.

Today, I focus on helping entrepreneurs, founders, and operators build better teams and hire great talent regardless of zip code. Much of my work centers on offshore and remote hiring, but the bigger conversation is about growth, delegation, and building teams that actually work.

I’m drawn to practical conversations. Less theory. More real-world lessons from what’s worked, what hasn’t, and how leaders can avoid common mistakes as they scale.
