After more than 20 years working across manufacturing, design engineering, quality, reliability, and project management, I’ve seen that many manufacturing problems are not really technical problems—they’re communication, leadership, and process-control problems.

My work focuses on helping manufacturing engineers lead more effectively from within the team, reduce firefighting, capture tribal knowledge, improve process control, and build systems that operators will actually use. I’m especially interested in the intersection of engineering, human behavior, leadership, and continuous improvement.

I bring a practical manufacturing-floor perspective to conversations about leadership, quality, documentation, team engagement, decision-making, and how engineers can create sustainable change without relying on enforcement of rules.
