Desmond Nicholson is a 30-year veteran of the Financial Services industry, specifically in the Merchant Payments Processing sector.

Throughout his career, Desmond worked for CitiCorp and First Data Corporation, holding senior management positions, including Vice President of Training and Education. At First Data, now Fiserv, Desmond trained hundreds of sales executives and managers, many of whom are now respected leaders in the Acquirer space, ISO, ISV, Agent, VAR, Fintech, and Banking communities.

Driven by a spirit of service and gratitude, Desmond created the Bridges To Excellence podcast to give back to the industry that served him well.
