Hi, I’m Camila. I'm a strategy consultant who believes strategy means nothing if its story isn't well-told.
Over the past 8+ years, I’ve built organizations and helped companies ranging from startups to F500 companies solve growth, product, and go-to-market challenges across industries like retail, fintech, telecom, and healthcare.
I specialize in combining deep customer insight, analytical rigor, and storytelling to help businesses understand how to connect with their target customers and implement strategies that translate their great ideas into great business. Whether it’s customer experience, go-to-market, pricing strategy, or internal change, I approach every problem by asking: how do we make this make sense for real people?
If your podcast covers topics like business strategy, growth, customer-centric design, leadership, or the human side of change, I'd love to join you.

About Camila Vincent de Urquiza
Hi, I’m Camila.
I’m a strategy consultant, creative thinker, and storyteller who’s built a career around finding doors or windows where most people just see walls.
Early on, I realized that if something I needed didn’t exist, I could build it.
In college, I wanted to pursue consulting, but there were no resources or communities for it, so I started my university’s first consulting organization.
I secured funding, created programs, and built the kind of experience that helped dozens of us land top jobs.
The group gained so much traction that the school eventually launched an official consulting academic track.
That experience naturally led me to nearly five years at Oliver Wyman, where I brought that same mindset to much larger challenges.
I’ve helped drive culture change in organizations with more than 2,000 people, developed pricing strategies that unlocked double-digit revenue growth, and led product transformations that finally made platforms stick.
I’m known for connecting deep customer insight with strategic clarity and for turning complex problems into stories that actually move people.
What energizes me most is getting to think like the end user and push past the obvious.
Whether it’s internal adoption or external growth, I believe strategy only works when people understand it, believe in it, and want to be part of it.
Outside of work, I’m always making something: sewing, baking, planning my next trip, or building Itinize, a travel planning platform I am prototyping to help people bring their dream trips to life.
If your podcast explores strategy, customer experience, creativity in business, or what it means to lead with empathy, I’d love to be part of the conversation.

Why Invite Camila Vincent de Urquiza as a Guest?
I’m a great fit for podcasts that explore strategy, creativity, leadership, or personal growth. I’ve worked with some of the biggest companies in the world to solve messy, high-stakes problems, and I bring that same curiosity and clarity to every conversation. My story resonates with builders, doers, and anyone trying to make meaningful change, whether inside an organization or in their own life. I’m equal parts strategic and scrappy, analytical and human, and I love making people laugh while also making them think.
