I’ve always been a product person. I just didn’t start with the job title. I built and exited my own business, built SaaS products from scratch, worked as a Head of Product, and now own multiple digital products across a complex global organisation. There’s a simple thread running through it all: I like figuring out why something isn’t working, what people really need, and then building something better. I’m at my best when the problem is messy, the answer isn’t obvious, and there’s an opportunity to rethink the way things are done — particularly where product, digital transformation and AI come together.
