Mary and her husband have a large food garden. For 3 years, they sold vegetables at farm markets.

After being trained in Culinary Management, Mary cooked professionally for 10 years, including at the Banff Springs Hotel in Alberta and several restaurants in Victoria British Columbia Canada.

As a Distinguished Toastmaster, she helps members develop communication and leadership skills.

Mary’s goal is to see everyone make their own meals and build a community around sharing our food.
