On paper, I wasn’t supposed to make it into consulting. I had no big-name internships, and my GPA was low. And yet I ended up with offers from several big firms, including PwC and KPMG.

That taught me something most people never hear: breaking into top-tier consulting isn’t about having a perfect background. It’s about understanding how recruiting really works, telling your story the right way, and outworking everyone in your prep.

Now I help others do the same. As founder of Consulting Offer Accelerator, I coach ambitious high performers, from students to experienced professionals, to land offers at McKinsey, Bain, BCG and beyond. I also share what I’ve learned on Instagram, where a community of about 40,000 people follows along.

I love honest conversations about the real side of success: the rejections, the self-doubt, and what it actually takes to break through anyway.
