CT Anderson is a speaker, entrepreneur, and sustainability leader who has spent 25 years helping people and organizations make a positive environmental and social impact.

She founded Creation Care, an environmental and social-impact consultancy that began as a podcast and grew into a firm serving corporate, government, and nonprofit clients, and Springclean, a circular-economy social enterprise that turns discarded textiles into jobs and opportunity.

Earlier, she led sustainability at Walmart, was Chief Sustainability Officer at Belk, and a Senior Vice President at Bank of America.

Her signature keynote, “Endurance,” drew a crowd of 350+ at the NASCAR Hall of Fame.
