I'm Dan Wood, a 3× TEDx innovation speaker, facilitator and MC based in Prague, and founder of INSO. A former British Army officer turned founder, I work with leaders and teams who feel stuck in endless ideation and want a practical path from inspiration to execution.

My focus is turning good ideas into real-world results without innovation theatre: clarifying what matters, pressure-testing concepts, aligning stakeholders and building momentum so the best ideas survive, launch and create real impact. I also co-host The Good Ideas Club podcast.
