About Darren Mitchell
After a rocky start in school, failing grades from 2nd to 11th, I eventually tackled my GED and found my footing in college.
It was there that I discovered my passion for advertising, which has shaped my career.
At 38, I now enjoy a fulfilling life with my wonderful spouse, three amazing kids, and an energetic Golden Retriever puppy.
My journey took an unexpected turn when one of my children faced challenges similar to mine, leading to our family discovering both their ADHD and my own.
This revelation has transformed our approach to mental health, wellness, and empathy at home.
I'm here to share my story in hopes of guiding others through their own journeys, helping them navigate the complexities of ADHD and fatherhood with a little more ease and understanding.
