About David Deane-Spread
With a background in the military, law-enforcement and a discreet agency, specializing in leading and developing covert operators, David transferred those skills to leading in commerce.
For the last 25 years he's practiced his calling as a CEO coach, helping his clients be the best versions of themselves.
His clients remain with him for the long term and are now intergenerational.
David's experiences as a migrant, facing family hardships and the loss of a sister and son, along with his journey through career success, bankruptcy, and rebuilding as a CEO coach and cattle stud owner, provide him with a unique blend of empathy and practicality.
He uses these qualities to assist clients in managing chaos, cultural changes, and navigating challenging relationships.
His clients have stayed with him so long that he helps them establish their next chapter.

Why Invite me?
Whilst I'm professional, I love a deeper conversation and am happy to be vulnerable and take the 'piss' (against myself). I grew up protecting my disabled brother from bullying, lost a sister to suicide, then lost my eldest son to a rare disease. I've made many mistakes along the way and have learned from them. I play the didgeridoo and breed cattle on the side, as a break from dealing with people all the time! I'm not politically correct but believe in being respectful. My unique past has provided me valuable insights into trust building, adaptability, and resilience. I've 'codified' the meaning of Attitudinal Competence and method of training for that skill which is available for everyone. My delivery of the method has changed lives and even saved lives (from suicide).
