I believe medicine should be thoughtful, personalized, and empowering — not transactional. My work focuses on helping adults in midlife regain energy, strength, and confidence while also advocating for a more sustainable model of care for providers and patients alike.

Between myself and 5 other providers we address every aspect of primary care, gynecology and functional medicine. We see people who have been told for years that all of their symptoms are normal, despite having debilitating symptoms.
