I was frustrated to find myself unfulfilled and incomplete despite ticking all the boxes. I discovered they weren't really my boxes!

I realised I had given my life to a broken illness model rather than bringing the health and healing I thought doctors were trained for.

Italy was calling and finally I had no other choice but to choose my heart over my head, at a time in the world where most of us were fearful of what tomorrow would bring.

I "burned the boats" and dove head first into a whole new life and 5 years later I am still afloat in the trust there's a bigger plan for my life.

In the meantime, I've been a pomegranate farmer, coach, entrepreneur, checkinista and most of all deeply humbled.

I love myth-busting, upsetting apple carts and empowering people to be their own resource and authority.
