A former C-suite revenue leader with more than 20 years of experience across digital media, AdTech, and high-growth businesses, Eileen has led revenue organizations at companies including TikTok. Her career gave her a front-row seat to a recurring challenge in sales: teams often know what to do, but under pressure, the thinking patterns driving their behavior can get in the way of consistent execution.

Quantum Potential was built to address that gap.

Drawing on her commercial leadership experience and training in mind development techniques, along with her study of the Neuroscience of Leadership through the University of Colorado Boulder, Eileen developed the Momentum Method™ — a neuroscience-informed approach combining mindfulness, mindset, and micro-actions to help people recognize the patterns shaping performance, think differently, and respond more intentionally.

Today, Eileen works with sales teams, leaders, and organizations across the US and UK through keynotes, workshops, immersive experiences, and longer-form training programs designed to strengthen capabilities including attention, curiosity, adaptability, reframing, discernment, and self-awareness.
