I am a mother of two and a grandmother of 5 grandchildren. I know what it is like when raising children. I was a stressed out mother raining two children working in a busy family business and experiencing back aches, neck aches going to chiropractors and getting regular massage. It was only temporary.

I went searching for a more permanent solution. I found it. Now I help many mothers and teachers (who are also mothers) achieve calm and happiness in their life with their family achieving their goals.
