I'm Esi Hardy, and I'm passionate about disability inclusion as the founder of Celebrating Disability, a consultancy I started in 2017 to help organizations create spaces where disabled people can truly thrive. Living with cerebral palsy as a hybrid wheelchair user, I draw on my personal experiences to empower line managers, equipping them with the confidence and skills needed to support disabled employees effectively.
