My career as an educator has been shaped by decades of experience, but it was 8 years spent in caregiving that truly defined my understanding of resilience. Facing profound challenges taught me that although survival is important; thriving is also possible.

The past few years have tested us all, often leaving us feeling alone in our struggles. In 2022, I embraced a crucial turning point by letting go of constant action and instead focusing on the power of stillness and presence.
