I am a certified and accredited holistic woman's health coach, studied with the UKs College of Naturopathic Medicine.
I am also a GGS certified Menopause Coaching Specialist.
I work online with my clients in a 1:1 capacity and also offer corporate workshops.
In addition to that I am a mom of 3, and an expat who was born in Namibia, spent some years in South Africa and then lived in Germany for 15 years before moving the Prague, Czech Republic.
