I am an educator, researcher, author and policy expert passionate about transforming education systems to create inclusive, resilient communities.
My journey began with a PhD in Gifted & Talented Education Strategic Planning from the University of Cambridge, where I developed strategies to empower educators and policymakers to unlock the potential of every child.
Over the years, I have worked globally in education management, policy development, and curriculum innovation, with a focus on creating opportunities for students in underserved and conflict-affected areas.

Why Invite me?

I bring a revolutionary perspective on education as a tool for global transformation, blending deep expertise with innovative strategies to promote inclusion, equity, empathy and sustainable impact in schools and communities. 2. I showcase how these approaches develop empathy, critical thinking, and collaboration—essential skills for fostering inclusive communities. 3. I am instrumental in the normalization and the training hundreds of the UAE KG teachers on implementation of the 1st of its kind KG1 to G1 Gifted Identification Assessment (DISCOVER). 4. I also cofounded the Young Scientists Club for nurturing children Critical, Logical and Creative thinking. I will be happy to share you and the hosts examples about the outcomes of the Ground Breaking programmes and initiatives that I initiated in collaboration with international educators or with Schools teachers in some disadvantaged schools in Palestine, the UK, KSA, UAE, Arminia, Oman, Algeria. My global journey spans groundbreaking work in regions like the UAE, Palestine, KSA,UK, USA, Oman, Arminia, where I’ve led initiatives to empower gifted students, often under challenging circumstances, to become catalysts for positive change. By sharing compelling stories, actionable strategies, and a vision for a world where every talent contributes to resilience and inclusion, I inspire audiences to see education not just as a system but as a force for societal progress. I also presented in a numerous number of international conferences, such as ICIE, WCGTC, UNESCO forums, Mawhab Forum, etc.. my contribution with the MoE in the UAE/ Dubai was acknowledged by all the Stakeholders at Ministerial levels. As a guest, I promise engaging discussions, transformative ideas, and a passion for leaving every listener inspired to make a difference globally! Certainly, during my international rounds, I had some funny incidents that I will be happy to share with the host and the podcast audience.
