About Gary Harrington

I am a former Marine, Special Forces soldier, and CIA Officer with years in war zones, counter-terrorist ops, and undercover operations.

I took the principles and techniques I developed to stay alive and be successful in deadly environments and adapted them to teach my family, including two young daughters.

I curated those into a system I call The Power of Prudence.

I have taught that to families and at seminars for the last few years.

I am now shifting to online courses.

I was featured in Episode 7 of a Netflix series called Spy Ops and have done a couple other documentaries and TV interviews, including for CNN India and a German station.

I have been a guest on several smaller podcasts.

I am different than the other mil guys that usually appear on Pods.

Why Invite me?

I am unique, not a braggart, and I want to focus on empowering families, not reliving war stories. I am a person of faith, I am considered authentic and very relatable. I tell both the good and bad about what I have done and the lessons I have learned the hard way. There is not anyone else that was a USMC officer, enlisted special forces, Delta Force operator, and then CIA Officer. In pods that feature spec ops and intelligence officials, I stand out as unique. I love to laugh at myself and some of my mistakes. I have testimonials of changed lives from my training.
