Women tired of chronic dieting, emotional overeating, or binging find peace with food and their bodies through this paradigm-shifting approach.

Gillian’s clients feel great and cultivate self-acceptance—often for the first time.

Why Invite me?

I have 20+ years of experience as a certified wellness coach specializing in disordered eating, body image challenges, and disordered relationships with exercise. I am experienced in speaking online and in person and can speak extemporaneously on these topics, but I'm also comfortable with a structured interview. I have personal experience with disordered eating, an eating disorder, and challenges with movement, and I have overcome them. This allows me to have empathy for those I work with, and I'm passionate about helping others through these challenges.
