For the past 19 years, I’ve been on a transformative journey of recovery from alcoholism, facing the darkest challenges of homelessness, domestic violence, and narcissistic abuse.

My experiences have fueled my passion for advocacy, allowing me to support and inspire others who are struggling.

Though I’ve faced the heartbreaking reality of being alienated from my 14-year-old daughter for the past five years, I channel my pain into purpose as a motivational speaker and light worker.

I’m committed to helping others step into their own power, proving that no matter how tough life gets, we can always rise and thrive together.
