I spent the last 15 years becoming a better marketer.

I started in hands-on marketing, learning everything from SEO and automation to content, campaigns, and digital marketing. As my career progressed, I moved into international marketing leadership, eventually becoming Head of Global Marketing for a SaaS company, where I built a global marketing organization, led positioning and rebranding initiatives, and scaled the team alongside the business.

Throughout my career I kept discovering another piece of the puzzle. Marketing leadership taught me strategy. Revenue Architecture taught me how businesses grow. Revenue Operations taught me how to connect people, processes, technology, and data into one commercial system.

Today I work as a Freelance CMO, helping B2B organizations build marketing functions that create measurable business impact. My approach combines strategic marketing leadership with a deep understanding of commercial systems, allowing me to bridge the gap between marketing, sales, customer success, and executive leadership.

One lesson stands out above everything else: I wish I had understood Revenue Architecture and commercial systems thinking before becoming a Head of Marketing. It would have fundamentally changed how I made decisions. That's exactly what I help companies do today.
