She has over 30 years of corporate experience and more than 700 hours of coaching experience.

She is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of JSK Consulting Group, established in Nairobi, Kenya, in 2010, and Principal Partner in ViserX Executive Coaching International.

Janet holds a BSc in Economics, an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, UK, and a Doctorate in Business Administration, Strategic Leadership, UK.

She has various international certifications from Harvard Business School, Washington University, and Yale University.

She is an ICF – PCC Credentialed Coach, a Certified Emotional Intelligence Assessor, and a Certified Administrator for the Hogan Personality Assessment.

Janet is well-published, having co-authored a best-selling book: The World of Coaching: An African Experience.

As a prolific writer, she has published articles with Forbes, AI Global, and various national dailies.

Her newest book, Stepping Out with Power Presence, explores seven steps to help leaders lead with confidence and leave a lasting influential impact.

Janet is a renowned TV & Radio Host Presenter, as seen on multiple TV channels, where she has hosted her “Etiquette with Janet” radio program since 2013 across multiple platforms.

Dr.

Janet is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and serves as a Non-Executive Director on several boards.

She is the past Vice President of the International Coaching Federation: Nigeria Charter Chapter (2022–2024).

Passionate about serving others, Dr.

Janet has served for several years as a Cherie Blair International Business Mentor and a Women in Management & Business (WIMBIZ) Board Mentor, providing practical strategies to enhance performance and growth.
