Why Invite Jennifer Ginty as a Guest?
I am very experienced in speaking on Complex PTSD and surviving childhood trauma. I am very well-versed in speaking on Emotion Regulation and building a coping skills toolbox for adults and kids. I created My Moody Monster from my own frustrations with my emotions and they have become an incredible tool for communication between parents and children as well as for therapists and teachers. I am an open book because I believe telling my story can help others feel less alone.
