I’m Juli Madacey, menopause coach, speaker, and co-host of Empower Your Menopause, the podcast where science meets sass and midlife women get real answers.

I help women 40+ reclaim their strength, clarity, and energy using evidence-based coaching, nutrition therapy, movement, and mindset support, with no fluff, no fear-mongering, and definitely no magic pills.

My mission? To help women stop shrinking, physically, emotionally, and socially, in a world that often tells us to disappear after 40. I speak and coach on everything from body image and burnout to brain fog, blood sugar, and being done with diet culture.
