I began my career as a nurse, stumbled into organization development and discovered I had a knack for helping people pool their expertise to collaborate more effectively with less conflict. A stint in academia sharpened my thinking and provided opportunities to explore different industries (deepwater oil production; automotive; semiconductors; IT), but my heart was always in working with mission-driven leaders to create healthier workplaces where both people and profits can thrive. Today, I work mostly with healthcare and medical device leaders and teams.
