About Kathi Sohn
In 2020, I retired from my first career of 36 years with the U.
S.
Defense Department.
Widowed in 2019, I decided to devote her life to sharing the powerful work her beloved husband pioneered – the Body Memory Process for discovering and releasing childhood trauma and beliefs.
I also wrote a bestselling book on the Body Memory Process - "You Made It Up, Now Stop Believing It," released in 2023.
I've now transformed this work into an 8-week program, helping moms heal the emotional wounds from their own childhood so they can break generational cycles and guide their teens through the same powerful transformation.

Why Invite Kathi Sohn as a Guest?
I am articulate and energetic, and I can talk in depth about a topic of very common interest. Many people are interested in understanding their own behavior and healing trauma. Most people have never before been exposed to the fact that our own core belief system can either keep us in personal crisis or locked in our comfort zone (unable to bridge the gap to our goals and dreams). The Body Memory Process doesn’t just address the energy of trauma that gets lodged in body memory. It also addresses the core beliefs (childhood vows) that are often formed during traumatic events – primarily in childhood, but also later in life.
