My focus is on empowering Christian women over 50 who are facing the grueling transition from years of marriage to divorce. Seed Deep was born out of my own journey through divorce at age 59. I offer personalized, transformative spiritual direction and coaching, as well as online group coaching and in-person retreats that are both enriching and transformative. My goal is to help you recover (or maybe find for the first time!) and embrace your true identity in Christ, and to navigate this new chapter of life with faith, hope, and purpose.
