My work blends trauma-informed coaching, nervous-system awareness, and body-based healing with deep compassion and practical insight—supporting clients who are successful on the outside but feel disconnected, stuck, or exhausted on the inside.

My professional path was shaped not only by formal training, but by lived experience. After navigating my own long journey through anxiety, depression, and the aftereffects of early life trauma, I discovered that true healing doesn’t come from insight alone—it comes from working with the body, the nervous system, and the parts of ourselves that learned to survive long before we had words.

Today, I help high-functioning adults at a crossroads—people who are ready to stop managing symptoms and start creating real change.

Through my coaching, I guide clients toward self-compassion, emotional regulation, and freedom from the past, so they can step into the vision of the life they genuinely want to live.

On a personal note, I have lived a life guided by passion, joy, and adventure. I love cooking, travel, discovering great ethnic restaurants, and getting lost in books and movies.

Music has always been a constant companion and source of inspiration, as have dogs, meaningful conversations, and bringing people together through entertaining.

Above all, I cherish my children and the life experiences that have shaped me—experiences that continue to deepen both who I am and how I serve.
