In chasing someone else’s dream, many of us feel lost: in relationships, in health, in our careers, and in ourselves. Who I Am:
I’ve found myself more times than I can count. I was once the child not expected to reach her 10th birthday. I know what it means to feel broken, disconnected, and just another number in the system.

But I chose a different path. I chose to heal.

I stopped outsourcing my healing to others. Instead, I turned to nature, food, stillness, energy, and the science of our bodies. I am home.

With over 30 years of experience in holistic health, I’ve guided more than 500 clients out of burnout and into balance. I help people return to clarity, confidence, and connection with themselves and the world around them.

As a speaker, I inspire audiences to lead fearlessly and live truthfully.
