I’ve spent over 25 years in the hospitality industry, from catering, to working with hotel groups, restaurant franchises, technology teams, and similar organizations to tackle the real-world challenges that come with leading people in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Now, I work directly with hospitality leaders to improve employee satisfaction, reduce turnover and burnout, and ultimately boost the bottom line.
