Matt Swigart has been in ministry and coaching leadership for over 25 years, 12 years in the local church and since then coaching pastors and leaders, speaking, training and leading short-term mission trips through his non-profit, Enhance Ministries. He is also the Head Tennis coach at the University of Northwestern - St. Paul where he is their winningest tennis coach all-time. He also founded the Soar Tennis Academy in the Twin Cities, MN, area.

He authored the book "What You Would Have Learned In Sunday School" and has spoken to and trained a broad range of audiences; church elders, churches, marriage conferences, parenting seminars, men's retreats, youth retreats, mission trips & camps.

He is also one of the emcees for OneFest, a Christian music festival in north central Wisconsin.

He has been married to his wife Christina since 2000 and they have 3 children: Caitlyn (Ricky), Caleb & Lucy. They have 2 dogs (Rocky and Sula) and he is also part-owner of the Green Bay Packers!
