With an Executive MBA from Chicago Booth and an Executive Master of Coaching and Consulting in Change Management from INSEAD, I have guided C-suite leaders, teams and organizations across industries and continents into higher plateaus of professional success and personal satisfaction.

From setting up a branch for a global foundation supporting 71 countries to serving as VP of Business Development across EMEA, I have consistently delivered measurable results in high-stakes environments.

Now based in Greece, I provide high-impact executive coaching through Compass Setting, focusing on leadership development, strategic transformation, and crisis management.

I organize and lead retreats for U.

S.- and U.

K.-based start-ups and organizational teams in Greece.

The retreats include one-on-one coaching and team-building activities.

My approach combines advanced psychological frameworks and the steadfast discipline of martial arts (a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo) together with practical business acumen and cross-cultural understanding.
