When I was a young boy, a teacher told my mother she thought something was wrong with me. That moment crushed my confidence. I grew up shy, doubting myself and believing I wasn’t smart. Then I discovered personal growth and faith, and I learned that our past doesn’t define us. Every person is created with purpose and potential.

That changed everything. For 20 years I’ve trained, led, and developed leaders, including 10 years as an associate pastor. As a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, I help churches and organizations develop the people they already have into leaders who grow others. I’ve spoken internationally, including a virtual masterclass for the World of Future Student Speakers Summit (WOFSS) 2026.

I’m a husband and father of six, based in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. My message is simple: It’s possible, only believe.
