About Mike Paine

I’ve been blessed to work with some amazing people in my 28 year career in Marketing.

I have a lot of fun talking to clients and seeing how we can work together to reach their goals.

I’ve found in most cases, people are too close to their product and they have a hard time explaining exactly what they do in terms that consumers will engage.

I have two kids, my oldest a junior at Notre Dame and my youngest graduating high school this year, attending my Alma Mater, LSU next year.

My wife of 22 years and I have been rescuing dogs for about 8 years, rehoming about 80-100 dogs.

One of the most exciting highlights of my career was when I was asked to go on CNBC’s The Profit with Marcus Lemonis.

We were featured in the season 7 opener “Dante’s” as a marketing consultant to help a struggling Italian restaurant whose mother passed away in the 911 attacks on the Twin Towers.

Although I can only be seen for 8 seconds in the episode, the experience was something I’ll never forget.

Why Invite me?

I’m have a good amount of energy and I love talking strategy. I consider myself the king of analogies because I like to use them to help people relate and understand complicated situations. I consider myself pretty funny, but humor can be a tricky thing. It’s all about reading your audience and that can be hard on a podcast. I think I excel and the interview type format where I can see the other person. I’m a continuous student of marketing and self motivation, so I have a lot of borrowed knowledge that I’ve personally tested and like to talk about.
