A transformative encounter with a colleague who embraced life differently sparked my awakening, leading me to quit my stable job, leave a long-term relationship, live in Peru, and embark on a path of nervous system healing and self-discovery. I'm not a certified coach, but I have five years of dedicated practice and a commitment to living authentically. I'm currently writing a book, sharing my belief that life is an adventure meant to be experienced fully and that trust is a language we can learn together.
