Mutita Panmook, founder of Get Unstuck® Method and CEO at The Time Queen Co., Ltd., a business management and Thai legal firm, was born in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Thailand. She is a lifestyle business advocate. Her company helps entrepreneurs and business owners design and build their business that support lifestyle, not the other way round.

When Mutita worked in an international organization, she discovered people management in a top-down organizational structure was not the only way to build a joyful workspace. In 2018, she then pursued her master degree in Strategic Management Leadership and Entrepreneurship practice with CMI at Queen’s University Belfast with strong intention to understand leadership management and how to be an entrepreneur.

She started her operation strategist career as a freelancer, by helping her clients get back time in five main areas: marketing system, sales system, fulfillment system, financial system and resource management system.

As a consultant, Mutita has overwhelmed and burned out herself many times. That’s when she starts developing the Get Unstuck® Method. First to heal herself from the entrepreneurial hamster wheel, but also to help her client re-prioritize their life first, business second. Because no one knows what will happen next.

When Covid-19 hit at the end of 2019, Get Unstuck® Method has become an important role to her clients circle. It helps them make simpler decisions and keep their priority.

Get Unstuck® Podcast started in March 2020. The podcast goal is to share perspectives of lifestyle business from podcast guests and to be a community showing its audience ways to improve their business operations from what Mutita has learned working with her clients or from who she came across.

Her company’s core belief is time is the only thing in the world that you cannot get back once it’s gone, which is the truth. So we better use every single day to our best lives.

She has proved her Get Unstuck® Method again, during her car accident in 2022. It was a huge life changing event of her life that she needed to recover for 2 years in order to walk normally and drive again.

With those two years gone, while her company is still running without her present much, it shows her priority of health recovery over business but still able to keep the company's system running. The Get Unstuck® Method keeps her going and also keeps all her team members accountable for what they are working towards.

Outside of work, Mutita loves her dogs and loves taking them traveling. Her current base is with her family in Chiang Rai, Thailand. It’s the northmost province where the weather is nice and the mountain scenery is breathtaking.

Mutita’s experience and expertise would contribute to life first and business second motto. She is always glad when her client says “I can live my life because your team took care of the project for me”. Being joyful and appreciating every moment is what her lifework is for.
