Nadia Trudel is a Montreal (Tiohtià:ke) based freelance writer, editor, journalist, researcher, and consultant. She's particularly known for her interviews with creatives, her intersectional approach, and global collaborations. She's written about culture, music, art, fashion, books, and LGBTQ2S+ issues for outlets including CBC, Dazed, MTV News, Polyester Magazine, Xtra, Maisonneuve Magazine, Clash, Cult MTL, and the Montreal Review of Books. Her short stories and creative non-fiction have appeared in Headlights Anthology, Soliloquies Anthology, Pixie Literary, and Scatterbrain Magazine and she's written copy for companies like SSENSE, CompanyCue. She is currently collaborating with the Korea Creative Content Agency on a series of reports about K-Pop in the Canadian market.

Previously she was an editor for children's book publisher Phidal Publishing, and for culture publications Yiara Magazine, Lignes de Fuite, and Scatterbrain Magazine. She is also an experienced audio-storyteller who has hosted and produced a weekly music radio show and various podcasts, edited a poscast series for UNICEF, and and interned as a producer in Radio-Canada's podcast and audiobook department.

She earned her BA in Journalism and Creative Writing from Concordia University in 2023. She is currently pursuing an MA in media studies at UQAM.

In her limited free time Nadia enjoys psychoanalyzing reality tv stars, reading, and dancing.
