About Team Talks

I'm Liam Austin, and together with my co-founders Alessandro Chisari and Sarah Thorslund, we created Talks in 2023.

A little about our story.

My fiancée Sarah and I hosted our first virtual summit in 2015 with 35 guest speakers, media and affiliates all collaborating together to drive traffic to the event. This online event added 15,000 leads to our email list.

We experienced the power of stages and collaboration.

Since then we've hosted dozens of online events under the Entrepreneurs HQ brand, in collaboration with 400+ speakers, sponsors, media and 1,000s of affiliate partners. This resulted in over 100,000 leads and millions of eyeballs seeing what we do.

We decided we needed to create a platform to help facilitate the collaboration of show hosts and speakers.

Alessandro, a successful tech entrepreneur with experience building scalable software platforms, and I met in 2014 at a startup hub in Sydney.

After the three of us discussed the idea of how we could build this new platform, Talks was born.
