About James Loughman

My name is James Loughman, I’m a 100% disabled Vietnam veteran.

Have over 57 years in the 12 step design for living spiritual movement of Alcoholics Anonymous.

I’m a certified alcoholic and drug counselor, a transformational coach, many years as a hospice volunteer.

Author of the book: Spiritual Empowerment Through and Beyond the 12 Steps.

Rode motorcycles for over 40 years, 1/2 million miles in 35 different countries.

I love working with people especially combat veterans struggling with suicidal tendencies.

Work with alcoholics to get beyond their dependence on AA and that disease programming concept.

The same process is used in working with others that have no chemical issues.

I want to help get the message of this Spiritual Movement that has been hidden behind the title of Alcoholics Anonymous for over 80 years to the general public.

This design for living as it is known was created for the human experience not just the alcoholic.

This is why you have so many different versions of the 12 step process.

This has for myself and many others been a process of self-loathing to self love and emotional freedom.
