Why Invite me?
With over 30 years of experience as a CPA/CGA (Chartered Professional Accountant) and as a breeder and competitor in the Peruvian Horse show world, Jocelyn brings a unique combination of practical expertise and relational insight to her work. The profound leadership lessons and healing she gained from working with horses helped her survive advanced-stage cancer and inspired her to pivot her career toward leadership development and public speaking. Through her journey, she discovered that her true contribution extends far beyond preparing financial reports. She is passionate about helping others cultivate compassionate leadership, grounded in mutual respect, empathy, and the critical distinction between management and leadership.
