Crystal now hosts her own podcast; However, her main focus is on mental health and its impact on society, particularly within the black community. Crystal's personal experience has driven her to become a mental health advocate. Her mission is to provide individuals dealing with mental health issues with valuable information and support to aid in their healing process.
